7 days. 7 letters. Heartfelt encouragement for facing life's mountains.

If you’re feeling discouraged or disheartened…

If you’re not sure you’re doing or being enough…

If “just surviving” is all you can do right now…

If life feels overwhelming or sad or anything in between…

… I wrote these letters for you.

When you sign up for the Hope Letters, you’ll receive an encouragement-filled letter in your inbox every day for the next 7 days. And rather than love letters, these letters are filled with hope.

Hope that happiness is always within reach, that your best is good enough, and that whatever your struggles, you are not alone. Ever.

The story behind the letters

Living life means facing the unexpected. I just never expected losing the ability to walk would be part of that. In September 2016 I spent almost four weeks in a rehabilitation hospital and in a wheelchair.

Six months later, and fresh from one of the hardest experiences of my life, I started writing. The words that filled the pages took shape as stories, encouragement, and notes of compassion and hope.

With each piece of writing it became clear that one of the biggest lessons I learned through this life-storm was how inescapable hard times are. And even though our experiences are unique, the feelings of loss, heartache, grief, overwhelm, sadness, hopelessness… are universal.

These honest, heartfelt notes became the Hope Letters. And they’re 100% free.

I hope they’ll make your week just a little bit brighter :)
